  • What do I think of Sofirn? This is my first Sofirn and I expected budget-ness until I got the light and could not find any. Anodization, machining, body thickness/heft, beam quality, electronics are equal to if not better than some been around brands which I rather not named. If other Sorfirn offering are this good at their asking prices then it's real trouble for the establish players. I have not tried any Wurkkos but I see a very similar pattern. Cheap prices with high performance and build quality with no discernible difference from the premium priced. Browsing the line up of both Sofirn and WUrkkos I do find that the line up is very mainstream with appeals to the generals. Nothing that really stood out and cutting edge like Fenix LR35R, Manker MK39 II, Weltool LEP and tactical, or Olight Baton Turbo to name a few. Still budget priced lights like Sorfirn and Wurkkos are reshaping the flashlight landscape weather we like it or not. In the case of IF22A the only negative I can find is the single landyard hole which will make the light tail stand less firmly.
  • User Interface is very close to that of Mankers, Olight and my DriverVNE.
